Tenant Improvement: Uji Time Dessert

The goal of this project was to design and build a space that reflects the brand’s identity while creating a premium ice cream shop experience that seamlessly fits into the Danville neighborhood. The primary challenges were a tight timeline and a limited construction budget. However, we successfully navigated these constraints, managing the timeline effectively and completing the project within three months—while staying on budget. The result was a highly successful outcome, with the Mayor of Danville visiting the store after its completion to personally acknowledge the work.
