Albany Major Home Remodel & Addition

The owner tasked us with designing their forever home, built to accommodate multigenerational living. We maximized the space to create a Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) for Grandpa, an office for Dad, a 10-foot kitchen island for Mom, and a spacious entertainment area with direct access to the backyard for the kids to play.The home’s utility lines were fully upgraded, and a fire sprinkler system was installed for added safety. The exterior features sleek, ultra-smooth acrylic stucco and Marvin wood windows with metal cladding, while the interior boasts radiant floor heating in all bathrooms and engineered hardwood floors throughout.This forever home combines thoughtful design and premium finishes to meet the evolving needs of a growing, multigenerational family.
